1. Affiliation

  • Brand Representation: Influencers agree to represent Club Doctor Golf positively and professionally on TikTok and other social media platforms.

2. Promotion and Content

  • Content Guidelines: Influencers must create content that is authentic, engaging, and aligns with Club Doctor Golf's brand image. Content may include tutorials, unboxing videos, and lifestyle content showcasing Club Doctor Golf products.
  • Disclosure: Influencers must comply with FTC guidelines for disclosing affiliate relationships in their content.

3. Compensation and Commission

  • Commission Structure: Influencers will receive a 15% commission for sales made through their unique affiliate link or code.
  • Payment Terms: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out subject to a minimum threshold.

4. Affiliate Links and Tracking

  • Link Usage: Influencers must use the provided affiliate links and codes without alteration for tracking purposes.
  • Tracking: Club Doctor Golf will track sales and traffic generated by influencers using the Social Snowball platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • No False Advertising: Influencers must not engage in misleading or deceptive promotional practices.
  • Exclusivity and Conflict of Interest: Influencers should avoid promoting competing golf products in a manner that conflicts with Club Doctor Golf’s interests.

6. Term and Termination

  • Duration: This agreement is effective upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

7. Liability and Indemnification

  • Limitation of Liability: Club Doctor Golf is not liable for any indirect damages or losses incurred by the influencer.
  • Indemnity: Influencers agree to indemnify Club Doctor Golf against any claims or legal actions arising from their content.

8. Miscellaneous

  • Amendments: These terms can be modified by Club Doctor Golf at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

9. Acceptance
