Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To start a return, contact us at info@clubdoctorgolf.com before sending anything back. We'll provide a prepaid return label with instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
- Unopened or gently used items may be returned for a full refund
- Items must contain at least 75% of the original product
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
