Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To start a return, contact us at info@clubdoctorgolf.com before sending anything back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: For orders shipped within the United States, we'll provide a prepaid return label with instructions. For orders shipped outside the United States, free returns are not available and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is due to our error.

Return Conditions:

  • Unopened or gently used items may be returned for a refund
  • Items must contain at least 75% of the original product
  • Returned items must include the original packaging when reasonably possible

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that are empty, heavily used, or damaged by misuse

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and international fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
