Returns and Refunds

We offer a 60-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To start a return, contact us at info@clubdoctorgolf.com before sending anything back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: For orders shipped within the United States, we'll provide a prepaid return label with instructions. For orders shipped outside the United States, free returns are not available and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is due to our error.

Return Conditions:

  • Unopened or gently used items may be returned for a refund
  • Items must contain at least 75% of the original product
  • Returned items must include the original packaging when reasonably possible

Quantity Discounts and Partial Returns

Quantity discounts are based on the number of qualifying kits you keep. If a partial return reduces your retained quantity below the tier originally purchased, we will recalculate the price of the kits you keep using the applicable quantity tier offered at the time of your purchase. The difference between the original discounted price and the recalculated price of the retained kits will be deducted from your refund.

For the offer priced at $59.99 for one kit, $54.00 per kit for two kits, $51.00 per kit for three kits, and $48.00 per kit for four or more kits, the price after a partial return is based on the quantity you keep: one kit at $59.99; two kits at $54.00 each; three kits at $51.00 each; or four or more kits at $48.00 each. For example, if you pay $192.00 for four kits and return three, the kit you keep is repriced to $59.99, leaving a merchandise refund of $132.01 before any applicable free-gift adjustment and tax adjustment. If you return all qualifying kits, there are no retained kits to reprice. This quantity-discount provision applies to purchases made after this policy update.

Free Mini Golf Brush with Purchase

If you return a Golf Club Care Kit purchased with a free Mini Golf Brush, you must also return one promotional Mini Golf Brush for each kit returned. If fewer promotional brushes are returned than kits, the full retail price of $19.99 USD per missing brush will be deducted from your refund. You may keep one free promotional brush for each qualifying kit you keep. Where both provisions apply, the partial-return quantity adjustment and any missing-brush deduction will both be included in the refund calculation. These adjustments reduce your refund; we will not separately charge your payment method under these provisions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 60 days after delivery
  • Items that are empty, heavily used, or damaged by misuse

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and international fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
