Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During peak periods or sales events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

To track your order:

  • Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or
  • Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is available to select countries — shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Order Issues

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@clubdoctorgolf.com with your order number, and we will file a claim and work toward a resolution.

Delayed Packages: If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation (domestic) or 21 business days (international), please contact us at info@clubdoctorgolf.com with your name and order number.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at info@clubdoctorgolf.com with your order number and photos of the damage (including packaging). We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.
